Party Sharing App is an innovative event app for organizers, artists, photographers, and visitors that combines live experiences with exclusive digital content in a completely new way.
Whether it's a concert, festival, theater performance, city festival, show, or private party, Party Sharing App gives guests direct access to high-quality photos, videos, drone footage, interviews, and special moments. This content is provided by the event organizers themselves or by official media partners.
The app thus creates a digital extension of the event—for everyone who was there.
- 02
The app is available for devices running Android and iOS operating systems and can be used on both smartphones and tablets.
It is important that the device used:
- has an active SIM card with a valid phone number
- has a functioning GPS module for location verification
- has a stable internet connection – either via Wi-Fi or the SIM card's mobile data network
- 03
The app can be easily downloaded and installed from the official Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).
- 04
The app is basically free and can be downloaded and used from the App Store or Play Store at no charge.
However, there are optional, paid features within the app that are not mandatory and can be freely selected and purchased by users, depending on their individual needs.
- 05
Party Sharing App offers a demo view that you can use without registering or creating an account.
You can access the demo by simply clicking on the “Demo” button. There you can explore a limited version of the app and get a realistic impression of its structure and functions, including:
- Demo event with sample content
- Gallery and album view
- Chat room
This preview of a demo event is available before and after registration and is designed to help you get to know the app better.
- 06
The app is currently available for Android and iOS devices.
Other mobile systems, such as Huawei devices with their own operating system (HarmonyOS), as well as other alternative platforms, are already in the planning stage and will be introduced shortly.
- 07
The app is regularly updated by the development team. These updates are available via the official app stores – i.e. the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).
If automatic app updates are enabled on your device, the app will be kept up to date automatically. If not, you can update the app manually by opening the store, searching for Party Sharing, and tapping “Update.”
- 08
The app does not place any special technical demands on your device. The only important requirements are as follows:
- An active SIM card with a valid phone number
- A functioning GPS module for location verification
- A stable internet connection – either via Wi-Fi or the SIM card's mobile data network
The app is designed to run smoothly on most commercially available smartphones and tablets.
- 09
The app is currently available in German and English.
- 10
Party Sharing App is designed for both private and commercial users. The app supports two account types:
- Private account
- Business account (e.g., for event organizers, artists, or photographers)
The features available to you depend on the account type you choose. However, you can also register both account types with the same phone number and use them simultaneously on one device—each with its own login and specific features.
- 11
The app offers two types of accounts:
1. Private Account* – for all users who want to use the app for events they attend, family celebrations as guests or visitors.
2. Business Account – for event organizers, artists, photographers, performers, etc.
* In addition, the Private Account can be upgraded to a Host Account to create your own events and invite guests.
- 12
A Business Account is a commercial user account for event organizers, artists, photographers, singers, freelancers, and other event service providers.
The Business Account offers advanced features such as the creation of public events, galleries, access to media tools, statistics, in-app advertising, etc.
Registration requires company information and verification to confirm commercial use.
- 13
A private account is intended for regular users and guests who wish to participate in events or receive and/or purchase exclusive content—without organizational functions.
With a private account, users receive:
- Access to event rooms to which they have been invited
- Insight into exclusive content such as photos, videos, interviews, backstage footage, etc.
- The opportunity to interact with other guests (e.g., via the event chat)
In addition, the private account offers access to the A-Room (Artist Room) – the digital space of individual artists and event organizers. There, users can:
- Follow their favorite artists
- Access gallery content provided by artists
- Purchase certain content free of charge or for a fee (e.g., photos, exclusive videos, backstage material)
- participate in live chats or even communicate with artists in live video chats at approved events
- receive announcements, event information, surveys, or new content directly from the artist
This turns the private account into an interactive fan platform that combines event participation, media consumption, and direct artist engagement in one app.
- 14
A host account is an advanced form of private account that allows users to create their own private events, such as:
- Family celebrations
- Birthday parties
- Weddings
- Other private events in a personal setting
To unlock the host function, private users must upgrade their account. The following steps are required to do so:
- Entering their full name
- Providing their current residential address
- Verification of this information by the support team
After successful verification, the user is granted permission to create events as a host, invite guests, and manage content in the event gallery.
- 15
The integration of the Party Sharing app with social media accounts is currently under development. Soon, it will be possible to connect your Party Sharing account with other social media platforms. The integration will be rolled out step by step and made accessible via the app settings.

An Event Room is created individually for each event. It forms the digital space where all relevant content and functions of the event come together.
The Event Room includes, among other things:
- a dedicated Event Gallery for photos and videos
- a chat room for communication between invited guests
The Event Room is only open for the duration of the event – that is, from the time it is created until the end of the so-called open-door phase.
- 17
The open door phase refers to the period after the official end of an event during which the event room remains accessible.
The organizer determines individually how long this phase should last—for example, 5 or more days. During this time, invited guests can continue to access the event gallery and chat room, view content, and download files.
After the open door phase has expired, access is completely closed and all data and content is irrevocably deleted from the server.
- 18
Each event room has its own gallery – the so-called Room Gallery. Within this gallery, any number of sub-galleries can be created and assigned to specific artists, photographers, or individual users.
In each gallery or sub-gallery, it is possible to create different albums. These albums can be individually named, organized, and – depending on permissions – also verified or approved.
- 19
QR codes serve as access keys to events and also determine the respective permissions within an event room.
There are different types of QR codes, including pQR, wQR, iQR, aQR, sQR, fQR, hQR, and AssistantQR.
Depending on the type and intended use, these codes grant different rights, such as entering an event, actively participating, sharing media, or only viewing passively.
Access via a QR code depends on which ticket or invitation you received for the respective event. Only with the appropriate QR code is it possible to enter the event room—digitally, quickly, and clearly regulated.
- 20
The aRoom (short for Artist Room) is a special room for artists, photographers, performers, and event organizers, which is automatically generated when an artist/event organizer business account is created and permanently assigned to it.
The aRoom contains:
- a dedicated gallery where media such as photos and videos can be uploaded and presented
- a chat room where the artist or event organizer can communicate with their fans and followers
The A-Room serves as a central platform for interaction with the community and for the permanent presentation of content – independent of individual events.

With just one click, the host can create a family event at their home address stored in the app and invite friends. It is not possible to create a 1-click family event at other locations, as this is linked to the home address.
